“The RIBA promotes a love of architecture at all ages which is why they are proud supporters of projects like PLACED Academy. Such partnerships with PLACED have included Family Fun Workshops during RIBA North’s launch in 2017. Children and young adults are the future architects of the world and the RIBA aims to foster this creativity through educational and fun opportunities like PLACED Academy. “
RIBA North, The Royal Institute of British Architects’ national architecture centre, is located at the heart of Liverpool’s historic waterfront. The centre is a place for everyone to discover more about architecture, with exhibitions, talks and tours as well as a café and shop. RIBA North is an inspirational resource for both its members and the public – championing architects, architecture and good design. RIBA North is also the official information hub for Liverpool’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
